30-day return policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Contact support@stirwell.store before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

To qualify, an item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Natural variations in wood grain and tone are not defects.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time by banks or card providers may vary.

Final-sale items, gift cards, customized products, and items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons are not eligible except where required by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
