Shipping policy

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

For United States destinations, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, peak periods, or address problems.

Standard shipping is $11.99 USD for orders below $50 USD. Standard shipping is free for orders of $50 USD or more. Expedited shipping is $23.99 USD where available. The final available rate is shown at checkout.

Tracking information will be emailed after dispatch when available. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country; unless checkout states otherwise, those charges are the customer's responsibility.

If tracking has not updated for 3–5 days or an order appears lost or damaged, contact support@stirwell.store so we can investigate with the carrier.
